Single-Use Rental Rates

 

Small companies, businesses, photographers, videographers, and artists needing a space infrequently may use Mosaic on an as needed basis.  Single use rentals are subject to approval.

A la Carte Rates for Single-Day Use

Photography Studio Rental

$40 per hour, one hour minimum.

   After the first hour space can be rented in 30 minute increments at $30/hr.

   

    What’s Included:

  • 460 sq ft Studio with 12' ceilings

  • 280 sq ft Waiting Room

  • Use of all set walls and backdrops including 15' wide cyclorama wall.

  • Studio-owned props

  • Constant window light/blackout shades if needed

  • Strobes 

  • Constant lights

  • 135 sq ft Private dressing room

  • Hair and make up vanity area

  • Private restroom

  • 100% privacy throughout the duration of your session

Use is limited to professional photographers and videographers.  Must be able to demonstrate full working knowledge of our lighting system prior to its use; or a one time, 30 minute crash course must be scheduled.  PLEASE NOTE:  our photography studio is the entire upstairs of our building and we have no elevator access.  If you require handicap accommodations, please contact us directly about booking the conference room for your session.  Renter on file will be held liable for any damages to premises or property.

Meeting Room Rental

$30 per hour, one hour minimum.

   After the first hour space can be rented in 30 minute increments at $23/hr.

    What’s Included:

  • Approximately 400 square foot area, to comfortably seat 15 - 20.

  • Recently renovated

  • Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and large farmhouse sink.

  • Folding conference tables and chairs

  • Use of beautiful fireplace

  • Community restroom

  • 49" 4K TV for presentations

  • WIFI

  • Private entrance

Office Rental

$20 per hour, one hour minimum.

   After the first hour space can be rented in 30 minute increments at $15/hr.

    What’s Included:

  • WIFI

  • Tastefully decorated 150 sq ft office space to meet with your clients

  • 280 sq ft client waiting room

  • Quiet, private area for all your business needs

  • Community restroom

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Registrations/reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hrs before the start of the event.  A full refund less a $10 processing fee will be issued.  In the event a class is cancelled all registrants will receive a full refund.

Liability Policy:  Renter on file will be held liable and charged for any damages to property and equipment.
